We believe in depending on each other.
We offer ourselves to the homeless and they offer themselves to us. You give of yourselves by coming to the streets, giving financially to support our work, and advocating for our friends as they leave the streets.
Below are three specific ways to get involved.
Going to the Streets
Going out to the streets is at the heart of our work. We go week after week to build relationships and trust. Email email@example.com to learn more about joining us on the streets.
Our work is dependent on findnacial support. We use the funds we receive to work toward our mission of befriending the homeless and bridging the relational gap. Your monthly support could fund:
- Coffee with a friend - $10 / week
- Shared Meals - $25 / week
- Street Art - $50 / week
- Birthday parties and other celebrations - $100 / month
- Work Initiative - $250 / month
- Street-Side Salon - $500 / month
Becoming an Advocate
We stick with our friends for the long haul. This means continuing in friendship with them after they have left the streets. Volunteering as an advocate means visiting our friends who have transitioned out of homelessness and supporting them as they establish a stable and fulfilling life off the streets. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to learn more about becoming an advocate.
